The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) program is an origination model at RFA aimed to provide a highly efficient, personalized, and enhanced service experience.
Our BRMs are a team of dedicated, full-service account managers who operate within their own portfolios to ensure industry-leading service for our broker partners.
Maria Anagnostopoulos
Maria is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in mortgage underwriting and broker management. She started her career in the mortgage broker industry before transitioning
to residential lending, where she offered a unique perspective on the needs of brokers. She most recently completed 7 years as a Broker Relationship Manager at Scotia Mortgage Authority, where she was known for her service excellence. Her career is defined by a relentless focus on elevating relationships and delivering top-tier service to her broker partners. She is solutions-oriented, and her problem-solving
is characterized by speed, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail. Maria
is committed to creating a collaborative environment where teamwork
and communication thrive, and she excels in broker engagement. She looks forward to building strong relationships nationally based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.
